Yes, the parade is free. We invite the community to attend.

Approximately 60 entries are set to participate in the parade and include area schools, bands, dance studios and other performers, scouts, businesses, organizations, teams, elected officials, along with Santa and Mrs. Claus. You'll see floats, vehicles and walking groups.

As with most parades, you may want to bring chairs or blankets to sit on while you enjoy the parade. Bring your family and friends, too, and have fun! This is an outdoor event so check the weather forecast in advance and come prepared.

Participants may hand out candy and other items to spectators at the sidewalk. For spectator safety, they may not throw candy or other items. Spectators should remain off the roadway for their safety.

The parade goes on rain or shine! We will only cancel if there is unsafe weather conditions, and in this case, a notice will be posted on our website and social media accounts. Unfortunately, if canceled, there is no parade makeup date.

Plan ahead as there may be some distance between you and the closest restroom. There are public restrooms available at Red Caboose Park.
