Participate in the parade

Participants bring life and energy to a parade! Entries will include floats, vehicles, bands and groups from the Bellevue-area community. 

Because the parade has grown so much in popularity, we won't be able to accommodate everyone who applies. The total number of entrants we can accommodate is capped, and specific entrant categories are limited. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with a summary of your entry in the application. Community connection, visual/entertainment value, and holiday spirit will be among the factors considered. Past participation or sponsorship does not guarantee acceptance.

To Apply:

1. Review the Participant Overview and Parade Rules.
2. Submit your online application and waiver for consideration no later than Nov. 2 at 5 p.m.

Selection & Fees:  

The Parade Committee will notify you of your application status via email. If accepted:

Entry Fees:  A payment link will be provided upon acceptance. 

• $75 for Businesses (all for-profit business entities)
• $30 for Non-Commercial and Non-Profit Organizations (schools, churches, civic/service clubs, government officials)
• No Entry Fee for first responders (law enforcement, fire, ambulance, military, or similar agencies), school marching bands (including accompanying school entries from the same school as their band) and selected unique or special entries as determined by the Parade Committee
• Consider a sponsorship! Signature and Supporting Sponsorships include parade entry (subject to steering committee approval).

Vehicle Documentation: If your entry includes vehicle(s), you will need to provide a copy of your valid driver's license and proof of insurance. 

Mandatory Orientation:  Accepted entries must attend one orientation meeting on either November 14 or November 18 or you will forfeit your registration. All vehicle documentation and payment must be submitted by this meeting.
